What is a memory stick reader?

What is a memory stick reader?

An interface between a device that utilizes that type of memory and the memory (data held within the memory). Currently there are 7 different types of portable memory that I know of (probably more lead to I'm not that smart).
It's a device that usually plugs into your USB connection and have a slot for reading any number of types of memory cards.

Here's a link to one, for example
its a device that read a memory stick

some device solitary reads its own brand..

so if you'll buy...

buy the generic

thx for the point..

^_^
Any of these reader will work just fine: http://www.newegg.com/product/productcom... Just label sure that you get one that will read ALL available types. You never know when you'll want to read a type that your camera doesn't use; you also don't want to have to buy another one, basically because you get a spanking new camera, right?
