What is the best computer graphics card?

I requirement to up date my graphics card and I need to know who make the best cards for a good price.

What is the best computer graphics card?

Sorry Sasho -- not correct. Matrox is outdated and their top tier cards are single good for some workstations. Look to any nVIDA base 7900-7900-8800 class card forthe best, or an ATI based card X1900. ATI have the best IQ (image quality) in my evaluation, save the up-to-the-minute $650.00 behemouth nVIDA based 8800GTX -- but the 8800 is DX10 base and XP won't be able to see any DX10 benefits (only Vista will use DX10). So right very soon I would say a Sapphire X1900XTX or eVGA 7950GTX would be the best right very soon unless you can afford the 8800GTX and will use Vista very soon.
Matrox RTX 100... a bit hoary but it's still the best.... but it costs over $800
always nvidia
