What is a USB memory knob and can it plug into my computer(DELL) to bequeath extra memory?

It's a small device you plug into your computer, which the pc will automatically detect it as a mini complicated drive that you can put files on and save.
a usb pen drive is a form of memory but it doesnt put in to system memory that the pc utilizes .. its individual storage and a way to move files around between machines.

they are small portable storage devices. They can hold files, but not enough tio use as a firm drive.
